This Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy (“Policy”) sets out the fundamental principles followed by Tuke.TV, z.s., registered at Jiráskova 864/75, Dolní Kounice, Company ID: 07673787 (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), when collecting and processing personal data. This Policy implements the rights and obligations of the Company arising in particular from the following generally binding legal regulations:
