Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy

This Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy (“Policy”) sets out the fundamental principles followed by Tuke.TV, z.s., registered at Jiráskova 864/75, Dolní Kounice, Company ID: 07673787 (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), when collecting and processing personal data. This Policy implements the rights and obligations of the Company arising in particular from the following generally binding legal regulations:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”);

  • Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services and Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (“Act on Certain Information Society Services”);

  • Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and Amendments to Related Acts, as amended (“Electronic Communications Act”).

This Policy applies to all individuals visiting the Company’s website https://tuketv.cz/ (“Website”), regardless of whether they are in a contractual relationship with the Company or not.

What Is Personal Data?

In accordance with the GDPR, personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (not a legal entity). Essentially, this means any information that, either alone or combined with other information, can be used to identify a specific individual (“Personal Data”).

What Personal Data Does the Company Process?

1. Personal Data You Provide to the Company
This mainly includes data you enter in registration, order, or other forms, or that you provide to the Company via email, telephone, fax, or similar means. You may also provide Personal Data through activities such as participating in contests, submitting product or service reviews, booking training sessions, or sending general inquiries. These details may include your name, surname, address, email address, phone number, bank account information, chosen payment method, etc.

The Company processes this Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • If you are an existing customer, to inform you about similar services or products;

2. Personal Data Collected Automatically by the Company
